Paying Bills

Most people pay their city bills by mail -- city bills include an envelope for easy return -- but you also can pay in person if you prefer.

The city's Customer Service Center Office is located on the first floor of City Hall.  Parking is available off of Reus Street, closest to the corner of Reus and Government Streets.  The Customer Service Center is accessible from this parking lot.  The Customer Service Center is not accessible from the main entrance to City Hall.  The Customer Service Center handles bills for city services such as trash and garbage pickup ( Sanitation Services of Pensacola) and natural gas (Energy Services of Pensacola). This office also handles requests to start sanitation and natural gas services.

The Customer Service Center is open 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. A night drop payment repository is available at this location.  Online billing and payment is now available and customers can pay their ESP Natural Gas Bill Online.
